The $3,000 base monthly rate includes living services and Level 1 light assistance. Each total includes the base rate. A resident pays the one fee for their assessed care level; care-level fees are not added together. Assessment considers the frequency and amount of help needed with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and eating. Care needs are reviewed if they change.
What the base rate includes
- Housing and utilities, including cable TV and high-speed internet
- Three meals daily plus snacks
- Medication management
- Routine residence maintenance
- Laundry service twice per week
- Daily room spot-cleaning and one weekly deep clean
- Daily social activities and events
- Emergency call system
- Level 1 light assistance, including occasional help, reminders, or supervision
Costs not included in the base rate
- Physician, specialist, therapy, laboratory, and other outside medical services
- Medical equipment, prescribed supplies, and personal-care supplies
- Transportation, staff accompaniment, and waiting time for appointments: $50 per appointment
- Personal purchases, salon or barber services, subscriptions, and private caregivers
- Additional laundry or cleaning beyond the included service: $25 per request
- Optional room upgrades, services, and furniture; ask management for specific pricing

Respite rates include Level 1 care. If Level 2, 3, or 4 care is needed, the additional charge is determined after assessment. Ask us about pricing for stays of 30 nights or longer.
